Heather Tibbs, QCP, has a diverse professional background spanning over 18 years. Heather began their career as a Human Resources Director at Signature Healthcare from 2000 to 2007. Subsequently, they served as a Probation Officer at Bradley County from 2008 to 2013. From 2012 to 2014, Heather worked as a Human Resource Manager/Board Member at Avayant LLC. Heather then joined PVH Corp. as an Operations Supervisor from 2015 to 2017. Following that, Heather worked as the Director of Recruitment and Retention at Bradley Health Care & Rehab in 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Quality Assurance & Professional Development at Bradley Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, where they have been since 2018.

Heather Tibbs, QCP attended Cleveland State Community College from an unknown start year to 1995. Heather obtained an Associate of Science degree from this institution. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Management at Covenant College from 2005 to 2008.
