Janel Crisp has diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Additionally, Janel has experience in the fitness industry, serving as the Chief of Staff/Assistant to the President at FreeMotion Fitness, where they organized company activities and managed special events. Janel also worked as an International Sales Assistant for Commercial Fitness Equipment, assisting in expanding the business internationally.

Janel started their career in the hospitality industry, working as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor in the Marriott Manager in Training Program and as a Hotel Front Desk Associate at True North Hotel Group | Fairfield Inn by Marriott. In these roles, they demonstrated excellent customer service skills and managed various front desk operations.

Janel Crisp pursued their education at Kansas State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business Administration. Alongside their formal education, Janel has also obtained additional certifications in various fields. Janel completed certifications in Client Management, Delivering Client Success, and Digital Advertising at the HubSpot Academy in April 2022.
