Shirley Ritchie

Shirley Ritchie, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Quality at Bradshaw International, where responsibilities include developing a Quality Assurance program and integrating Quality Engineering into New Product Development. With extensive experience in quality management and compliance, Shirley has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Quality and Compliance at Pacific World Corporation and Vice President of Quality Management & Enrollment at Western Dental Services. Previous positions at Fluidmaster and Black & Decker encompassed managing global quality teams and leading Six Sigma projects, achieving significant cost savings. Shirley's education includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, along with advanced certifications in project management and Six Sigma from Villanova University.
