Dr. Taulbee has started 3 very successful Systems Integrator and Management Consulting firms. His philosophy is to add value to every client BDS has through business and technology advancements. He has designed many of the most intricate hyper-performance systems for space exploration to date and is currently on a NASA - Lockheed Martin program. He excels as a Chief Officer in corporations while delivering strong profit & near-zero loss building and leading the absolute best and highest performing teams serving the technical communities. The technologies he excels in are the Aeronautical Aircraft Designs (F35/X59), Data Management and Architectures, SLS (Space Launch Systems), LEO (Low Earth Orbit), and Data Science, AI, ML, Advanced Algorithm support, and Spacecraft LOX/LH2 propulsion systems.

Dr. Taulbee has been key in successful Systems Integrations and Management Consulting. While performing Chief Executive Officer duties and leading large corporations’ infrastructure rebuilding, he has mastered strategic growth, market evaluations, leveraging relationships, P&L, and Cybersecurity.

His proactive work with communities and local charities is remarkable and he leads groups to overcome poverty around the world.

He has technically chaired advanced technological efforts to bridge and enhance the functionality of existing Data Sciences architectures and coinciding Predictive Analytics libraries to support space launch sequences across industries to Healthcare in Oncology. Dr. Taulbee is an acknowledged speaker and travels the globe to present such topics as Cybersecurity, Digital Transformations, and Corporate Leadership ethics to top Chiefs in the corporate industries.

Dr. Taulbee earned his Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Astrophysics and Subatomic Molecular Physics. His other degrees are an Executive MBA with, IPO, Finance, Management, and Operations (Sloan School of Business) and BS in Mathematics, and Physics (Astrophysics and Astronautics). He is a fellow Ph.D. from Harvard University and NASA regards his reviews of launch data and launches predictive algorithms with his orbital planning key to mission successes.
