Harriet Menhinick

Harriet Menhinick is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Brady since April 2018, where responsibilities include leading the People team and partnering with business and executive leaders on strategic discussions. Prior to this role, Harriet worked with ExecuJet Aviation Group from September 2013 to February 2018 in various HR capacities, including UK HR Manager, providing management advice and coordinating staff surveys. Additional experience includes roles as a Press Assistant at New Look, a legal secondment involving contract drafting, and participation in work experience and mini pupillage programs. Harriet holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of East Anglia.
