Jaime Luna is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support, network administration, and technical support across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Analyst at Brady since February 2020, Jaime also held the role of IT Technician II at the same company from August 2017. Prior experience includes Senior IT Desktop Support at Klingspor Abrasivos Mexico, where Jaime was the primary on-site IT support, and roles at BD and CareFusion, providing desktop support and assisting with network administration. Jaime began the career at Crydom Inc. and Autotrader Mexico, focusing on desktop support and data capture. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Tijuana, Jaime possesses a strong foundation in information technology.
