Kayla Travia

Kayla Travia is a Sales Operations Analyst II at Brady Corporation since June 2023, previously serving as a Sales Operations Analyst at FIS for five years. At FIS, Kayla created and managed the Sales Onboarding Program, attended career fairs to enhance the sales talent pipeline, and orchestrated three annual global Sales Kick-off events for approximately 3,000 sellers. Earlier experience includes serving as a Financial Peer Mentor at It Make$ Cents!, where Kayla provided financial guidance to students, and as a Day Camp Counselor at TRI-COUNTY YMCA INC, developing educational activities for children. Kayla's career began at Mills Fleet Farm as a cashier, and included a role as a tennis coach at North Middle School. Kayla holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, having completed education there from 2015 to 2019.
