Amanda Gallant is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Dedham Country & Polo Club since March 2022. With extensive experience at Brae Burn Country Club, Amanda has held various roles including Food Beverage Manager, Dining Room Manager, Lead Server/Bartender, and Rounds Cook, effectively managing operations and leading staff in a $3.5M multi-outlet year-round food and beverage environment. Previous experience includes managing day-to-day business operations as Store Manager at Hebron Sports Connection. Amanda is an alumnus of Bryant University, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, and graduated from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts.
