Ohlene-Gia Lacno, MSIDT, currently serves as a LMS Business Analyst at Bragg Companies, where responsibilities include reorganizing and ensuring data integrity of the Learning Management System (LMS) and collaborating with business leaders to enhance processes. Previously, at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, Ohlene-Gia developed the organization’s first eLearning course and created training content to support various initiatives. Earlier roles included eServices Specialist and System Administrator Assistant I at LBS Financial Credit Union, focusing on online banking support and network operations. Ohlene-Gia holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from California State University, Fullerton and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from California State University, Long Beach.
