Krista Balažic

Krista Balažic has extensive experience in customer support and technical roles, currently serving as the Production Release and Delivery Team Lead at Bragg Gaming since June 2017, following a previous position as a Technical Support Specialist. Prior to this, Krista held various roles at Na Zvezi, including Customer Support Team Lead and Assistant Customer Service Manager, as well as positions at Prevajalske storitve, Krista Balažic s.p. as an Independent Translator, and at Spleti d.o.o as a Customer Service Representative. Krista holds a Bachelor's degree in Czech Language and Literature and Polish Language and Literature from the University of Ljubljana, with additional educational experiences at the University of Silesia in Katowice and the University of Ostrava. Krista completed secondary education at Gimnazija Franca Miklošiča Ljutomer.
