Jessica Rosenberg has a diverse background in learning and development, content marketing, technical writing, and teaching. Jessica started their career as a Lecturer, teaching various writing courses at prestigious institutions such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of Michigan, and Johns Hopkins University CTY. During this time, they also designed and taught writing courses for academic summer programs. Jessica then transitioned into freelance work as a Technical Writer and Editor, where they built a successful business with numerous clients and worked on projects for organizations like The Princeton Review and The University of Michigan Construction Industry Alliance Program. Jessica later joined LMO as a Content Manager, overseeing content programs for the building/construction industry practice, and eventually became the Director of Content. In this role, they created and managed various forms of content, including case studies, white papers, newsletters, webinars, and social media posts. Jessica then joined Brailsford & Dunlavey, Inc. as the Director of Learning & Development, where they were responsible for assessing and addressing the firm's learning and development needs. In their first 6 months, they introduced several impactful programs and initiatives, such as a virtual learning conference, a Buddy Program, and a searchable SME database. Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated expertise in effective communications, content development, and training.
Jessica Rosenberg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Writing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Jessica further pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Creative Writing from the University of Michigan, from 2008 to 2010.
