Ageline Kintanar has extensive experience in customer service and training, currently serving as Training Lead at BrainFinance since July 2018, with previous roles including Trainer, Customer Service Manager, and Customer Support Specialist within the same company. Prior to this, Ageline worked at Alphanumeric Systems as a Team Lead overseeing helpdesk analysts and managing critical situations. Ageline also held the position of Team Lead - Order QA at Arriva Medical, where responsibilities included managing a team of Order QA agents and conducting system testing. Additional experience includes roles at Infosys BPO as Senior Process Executive and at Aegis PeopleSupport Philippines Inc. as Customer Service Representative. Ageline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Makati and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Southeastern Philippines.
