Emma Morgan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and operations management within the health and social care sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Client Growth and Success at Brain in Hand since June 2022, Emma leads efforts to transform business operations and drive performance aligned with growth objectives. Previously, as a Client Success Team Manager, Emma managed a nationwide portfolio, exceeding revenue targets through optimized processes and strong client relationships. Emma's background includes roles at POhWER, where responsibilities ranged from Community Manager to Interim Regional Manager, focused on service delivery and growth strategies, and various positions at The Huntercombe Group and other retail companies.
