Owen Z. Perlman

Owen Perlman, currently a National Board Member at the Brain Injury Association of America, has vast experience as Medical Director at Resilire Neuro, Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers/NeuroRestorative, and as a Partner/Physiatrist at Associates in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, P.C. Owen attended the University of Michigan Medical School from 1974 to 1978.
