Sung Hong

Sung Hong has worked in a variety of roles in the technology and creative industries, beginning in 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Senior User Interface Designer, Lead Front End Artist at Electronic Arts - Black Box, an Art Director at The Media, and an Art Direction at CBC Television - Exposure. In 2010, they co-founded Loud Crow Interactive Inc., where they served as Creative Director and produced and developed more than 20 award-winning apps. Sung also worked as a Designer at the National Film Board of Canada (Interactive). From 2014 to 2017, they were the Lead UI/UX Artist at Kabam and from 2017 to 2019 was the UX • Art Director at Ballistiq. In 2019, they were the Experience Director at Mpath.Studio and in 2021 they are the Director of Human Experience at Brain Technologies, Inc.

Sung Hong obtained a Bachelor of Design in Electronic Communication Design from Emily Carr University of Art and Design between 1994 and 2000. In October 2017, they also obtained a Pragmatic Marketing Certified PMC-III certification from Pragmatic Marketing.
