BrainBox AI utilizes self-adapted artificial intelligence technology to proactively optimize the energy consumption of one of the largest climate change contributors: Buildings.

Our AI engine supports a self-operating building that requires no human intervention. Using deep learning, cloud-based computing, and our proprietary process, our solution autonomously optimizes existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control systems for maximum impact on energy consumption.

An exciting opportunity awaits the right candidate to be part of a fast-growing company. We are looking for a skilled Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing efforts and the New Product Introduction (NPI) process. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with both our Product and Marketing teams to craft and execute go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and cross-functional campaigns. You’ll be the bridge between the development of our products and how we tell the world about them, driving product adoption and customer engagement.

What you will do

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, features, and updates in close collaboration with product management and the marketing team. Ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and value propositions.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and gather market insights to understand customer needs, market trends, and identify opportunities. Leverage data to inform product marketing strategies and drive product decisions.

  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear, concise, and compelling product messaging that resonates with target audiences. Ensure that messaging is aligned across all customer touchpoints, including digital campaigns, sales enablement materials, website copy, and more.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop and align messaging, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Act as the primary advocate for the product within the marketing department, ensuring product insights and benefits are clearly communicated.

  • Support Content Creation & Sales Enablement: Support the creation of impactful content (case studies, product videos, FAQs, blog posts, etc.) and tools (presentations, sales decks, etc.) alongside our marketing team to support product positioning and sales efforts. Empower the sales team with the necessary knowledge to successfully position and sell the product.

  • Customer Insights & Feedback: Be the voice of the customer, gathering feedback from users, stakeholders, and market research to improve the product experience and messaging. Advocate for customer needs during the product development lifecycle.

  • Product Adoption & Retention: Help drive product adoption post-launch by providing ongoing support, resources, and insights. Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to develop strategies for increasing customer retention and lifetime value.

 What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Product Management or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in digital, SaaS and/or building systems (e.g. HVAC) - related industries.

  • Proven track record of managing successful product launches from conception through to market acceptance.

  • Superb customer and market facing skills with the ability to interface with various stakeholders and personas across the go to market structure.

  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, mobile application marketing, and IoT solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional teams and influence senior management.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to see the big picture while managing detailed tactical execution.

  • Experience in Agile development environments and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
