Andrew Fitzpatrick

Andrew Fitzpatrick has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Andrew started their career as a Note Taker at McGill University's Office for Students with Disabilities in 2012. After completing their undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, they worked as a Field Engineer at Bouygues Travaux Publics from 2013 to 2014, where they were responsible for reviewing designs, implementing construction methods, and ensuring quality and safety on the Port of Miami Project. Andrew then joined Americaribe LLC as a Project Engineer from 2014 to 2016, where they focused on optimizing construction processes and coordinating the design and construction of various structural elements for the Brickell City Project.

In 2016, Fitzpatrick moved to BOUYGUES UK and took on several roles. Andrew started as a Senior Civil Works Engineer and Early Works Package Manager on the Battersea Power Station Phase 3 Project, where they worked on the optimization, value engineering, and construction methodology for the concrete structure. Andrew then became an Assistant Facade Manager on the Gascoigne Estate Project, dealing with external metal works and complex "working at height" activities. Finally, they served as a Facade Manager on the Pontoon Dock Project, implementing lean management techniques to optimize project delivery while prioritizing health, safety, and quality.

In 2019, Fitzpatrick pursued an MBA from Bayes Business School and graduated in 2020. During this time, they had internships at BrainBox AI, where they created a consulting report for the company's European Business Development Strategy, and at PSA Finance UK Limited and KONCEPTNESS Gestão de Projetos, Arquitetura, Engenharia & Design, where they worked as an MBA Consultant.

More recently, Fitzpatrick worked as a Business Development Manager at XYZ Reality from 2020 to 2022, and currently holds the position of Director, Business Development, UK at BrainBox AI since 2022.

Andrew Fitzpatrick obtained a High School Diploma from Selwyn House School in the years 1996 to 2007. Andrew then attended Marianopolis College from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) in Pure and Applied Sciences. Following this, Andrew pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering at McGill University, from 2009 to 2013. During their time at McGill, they also spent a semester at the University of Melbourne in 2012 as part of their studies. Recently, Andrew attended Bayes Business School from 2019 to 2020, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, formerly known as Cass. In addition to their formal education, Andrew has obtained various certifications, including membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, Bloomberg Market Concepts, WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System), Cours Santé et sécurité générale sur les chantiers de construction, CSCS - Construction Skills Certification Scheme for Managers and Professionals, Basic Scaffold Inspection, Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) - Site Safety Plus, First aid at work, and Fire Marshal at the Workplace. The certifications were obtained at various institutions and attained between the years 2009 and 2020.
