Catherine Stephanou

Catherine Stephanou is Vice-President, Legal and Corporate Counsel at BrainBox AI. Her role encompasses the management of legal affairs, strategic business advice, risk management, regulatory and corporate compliance, and acting as corporate secretary. With over 20 years of business law experience, Catherine has always strived to provide legal insight to help individuals and businesses align their legal priorities and resources with corporate strategy.

A member of the Barreau du Quebec since 1998, Catherine is an alumnus of the University of Ottawa where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Law. She is also an alumnus of Concordia University in Montreal, where she was a member of the prestigious School of Community and Public Affairs and holds an undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
