Gayle Noble

Gayle Noble is Vice President, Legal Affairs, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Enerkem. In this capacity, she will be responsible for all legal aspects of the company.

Prior to joining Enerkem in August 2018, Ms. Noble was a partner at Stikeman Elliott, where she practiced in the corporate law group for more than 20 years, primarily in mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on cross-border operations. In her practice, she has advised various Canadian and foreign companies, operating in various sectors, on acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and general commercial negotiations. She has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada 2018 in the areas of corporate law as well as mergers and acquisitions.

As a McGill University graduate, Ms. Noble holds bachelor's degrees in civil law and common law, as well as a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in political science. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Martlet Foundation, which promotes academic and athletic excellence, and has also been involved with several other committees associated with McGill University, including the McGill University Alumni Association, Athletics and Recreation Advisory Board, and the McGill Sports Hall of Fame Selection Committee.
