Hartin Code

Hartin Code has a diverse range of work experience, starting with an internship at CBRE in 2014 where they assisted with data management and developed options packages for agents. In 2015, they interned at Realterm Global, gaining experience in North American terminals. The following year, Hartin interned at The Stagwell Group, where they worked on investment theses and helped build compensation structures. In 2017, they joined WOLACO, Inc. as Head of Operations, leading the transition to analytics-driven decision-making and coordinating marketing efforts. Hartin then moved on to Deutsche Bank in 2018 as an Equity Derivatives Trader. Most recently, they joined BrainBox AI, starting as Director of Business Development in 2019 and subsequently taking on roles as Director of Operations and Head of Client Success, and currently as Chief of Staff.

Hartin Code completed their high school education at Severn School from 2007 to 2012. They then attended The Hotchkiss School for one year in 2012 before enrolling at Harvard University in 2013. At Harvard, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics and a minor in Computer Science. This course of study lasted from 2013 to 2018.
