John Cammett

Mr. Cammett is a lifelong entrepreneur who made his first real estate development deal at 23. Since the early 1990s, Mr. Cammett has supported Realterm in its growth to become a leader in transportation and logistics-related real estate investment and development. John chairs the Board of Realterm Energy, providing energy-efficient solutions to small and medium-sized municipalities and its affiliate BrainBox AI, utilizing proprietary AI to autonomously optimize HVAC energy savings.

He is the initial donor in the recently established JDRF New England Diabetes Center of Excellence (“DCOE”), a research initiative led by the Harvard Stem Cell Institute to find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes, and sits on the Visiting Advisory Council of the UMASS DCOE. John graduated from Harvard with an AB in Engineering and Applied Sciences.
