Peter Shin

Peter Shin is a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Brain Corp. Previously, Peter was the CEO/Founder of Canvass Labs Inc., a big data analytics company focused on security and compliance risk mitigation around Open Source Software packages. Prior to that, Peter worked as a Staff Engineer at Qualcomm, where Peter developed text mining algorithms and applications for Open Source Software compliance and management. Peter also has experience as a Software Engineer/Manager at University of California San Diego and as a Sensor and Data Mining Specialist at San Diego Supercomputer Center. Peter holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from UC San Diego.
