Randin Gerane Moodley

Randin Gerane Moodley is a Senior Instructional Designer and Training & Development Leader at BrainCX since May 2022, with previous experience as a Senior Instructional Designer at Wincyber from January 2018 to June 2022. Moodley specializes in designing instructional courses using the ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom’s Taxonomy frameworks, employing various authoring tools and simulation builders such as Articulate 360, Adobe, H5p, and iSpring. Prior to this, Moodley served as an e-Learning Manager and Web Developer at Learning Management Software from April 2015 to December 2017, focusing on course conversion, virtual instructor-led training, and Moodle customization. Moodley holds a Diploma in Information Technology from the University of South Africa obtained in 2018, as well as a Registered Assessor Certificate from Skillspro.
