Xoliswa Matiwane has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.
Starting in 2016, Xoliswa worked as a Promoter for Blue Chili and briefly as a sales consultant for TFG (The Foschini Group).
In 2018, they joined Cci call centres as a tech support representative, where they worked until 2019.
From 2019 to 2022, Xoliswa worked for Capability BPO™ in various roles, including customer support agent and Quality Coach.

Xoliswa Matiwane studied at the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies and Criminology. Later, from 2019 to 2022, they attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika to pursue a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, focusing on legal studies.
