Shawn Gagnon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Braindate by e180, Shawn leads sales initiatives for esteemed global clients including Salesforce and TED, while developing and coaching a diverse sales team. Prior to this role, Shawn was the Head of Sales Enablement at Vention, where responsibilities included onboarding over 100 new sales hires and significantly increasing revenue. Shawn's experience spans key positions at Airbnb and Luxury Retreats, managing luxury property portfolios and enhancing sales processes.
