Leszek is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Brainhub, a software development agency that has successfully delivered over 70 projects in industries such as fintech, healthcare, and education. In 2022, they became the Podcast Host of Better Tech Leadership, where they share insights and strategies for building successful tech businesses. Leszek was also a Co-Founder of TotemInteractive in 2016, and the CTO & Co-Founder of Motivato, a SaaS platform for runners, in 2013-2014. Earlier in their career, Leszek worked as a Valuation Analyst at Ernst & Young, a Junior Analyst at Investors Dom Inwestycyjny S.A. and Citi International PLC, and an Intern in Dealing Room at ING Bank Śląski S.A. Leszek possesses strong expertise in software development, leadership, and financial analysis.
