Shayna Laidlaw

Shayna Laidlaw is an experienced professional in client engagement and leadership within the digital marketing and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Vice President, Client Partner & Client Success at Brainlabs since July 2022, Shayna drives engagement strategies and manages a $20M portfolio while fostering partnerships with notable clients such as JLL and Roblox. As Associate VP of Client Services at Lionhardt Organization, Shayna guides operations and represents the nonprofit focused on supporting first responders. Previous roles include Account Director at iProspect, where management of a $10M annual budget and client relationships with major enterprises like LinkedIn and Samsung was key. Shayna's career also spans positions in marketing and account management at HackerAgency and Chef’n Corporation.
