Juan Olloniego

Juan Olloniego has a diverse work experience in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Juan is currently the Co-Founder & Lead AI Engineer at BrainLogic AI since March 2023. Previously, they worked as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at LANDING AI from November 2021 to March 2023. Before that, they served as the Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Tryolabs from October 2019 to November 2021. Juan also has experience in teaching, having worked as a Deep Learning Professor, Intelligent Agents Professor, Foundations of Computing Professor, Theory of Computation Teacher, and Programming Languages Teacher at Universidad ORT Uruguay from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, they gained experience in product analytics and growth analysis as a Product & Growth Analyst at KaszeK Ventures from January 2017 to August 2018. Juan started their career as a Jr. Developer at Infocorp from April 2016 to November 2016.

Juan Olloniego completed their Bachelor's degree in Software Systems Engineering from Universidad ORT Uruguay between 2013 and 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Southampton from 2018 to 2019. In terms of certifications, Juan obtained various certifications from Coursera, including "Scalable Machine Learning on Big Data using Apache Spark" in January 2020, "Production Machine Learning Systems" in June 2019, "End-to-End Machine Learning with TensorFlow on GCP" in May 2019, and "Machine Learning" in June 2017. Additionally, they achieved the "Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE)" certification from Cambridge English Language Assessment.
