Katarzyna Ciesek-Dziubiak is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee experience, people operations, and strategic HR business partnering. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Brainly since June 2021, Katarzyna leads and develops the People Operations team, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and performance, as well as optimizing HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Prior to Brainly, Katarzyna held significant roles at Luxoft, including HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partner, and has a background in HR consultancy at Alexander Mann Solutions.
