Susumu KADOYA has extensive work experience in multiple companies and roles.

Susumu began their career in 1990 at Nikko Asset Management as an Assistant Manager, where they worked until 1999.

From 1999 to 2005, Susumu worked at Financial Engineering Group, Inc. as a Senior Consultant. In this role, they focused on asset liability management modeling consulting, development of credit risk management systems, customer targeting and direct-mail marketing, and development of default probability estimation and fraud detection models.

Susumu KADOYA furthered their education by joining the Graduate School of Management Science's Ph.D program at Tokyo University of Science from 2004 to 2007, successfully earning their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management Science. Additionally, they hold the certification of Chartered Member of the Securities Analyst Association of Japan from an unspecified time.
