Roger van der Spek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, neuromarketing, and e-commerce management. As Co-Founder of Brainsight.app since February 2022, Roger leads the development of predictive eye-tracking technology for advertising and web content. Previously, as Managing Director of Braingineers from October 2020 to December 2024, Roger directed an award-winning neuromarketing research agency recognized by Emerce100. Roger's expertise also includes a role as Director of Ecommerce at SpeedComfort, where responsibilities encompassed market assessment and international expansion. Additionally, Roger held leadership positions at RGP, including Global Account Director and Co-Managing Director for Asia Pacific operations, driving business development and project delivery for Fortune 500 clients.
