Salathiel Wells

Salathiel Wells is a Principal Design Manager at Microsoft, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on enhancing the Power Apps Maker Experience. Previously held roles at Microsoft include Senior Design Manager and Senior Design Program Manager, overseeing process improvements in the Power Apps Design Studio. Additionally, Salathiel serves as Lead Instructor for UX Design at BrainStation. Prior experience at SAP included roles such as Design Operations Lead and Chief of Staff to the Head of Design, and User Experience Designer. Salathiel also worked as a User Experience Design Intern at SAP and held various positions in creative and administrative capacities at Simon Fraser University, Heights Merchants Association, Private Investment Bank Ltd, and Biscayne Capital Ltd. Salathiel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interactive Art & Technology from Simon Fraser University and an IB Diploma from Waterford Kamhlaba UWCSA.
