Kate Sharp

Kate Sharp has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kate started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Brigham Young University from May 2001 to April 2003. Kate then worked as a Certified Lactation Counselor & Birth Doula at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center from June 2010 to September 2011.

In 2007, Kate became self-employed and took on the roles of an Educator from September 2007 to November 2015 and a Business Owner & Property Manager from October 2007 to February 2015.

In 2016, they joined Entrata as a Utility Management Specialist from February 2016 to November 2016. Kate later transitioned to the role of an Implementation Consultant from June 2016 to May 2019. During their time at Entrata, Kate was responsible for data migrations, system implementations, and consulting with customers to align best practices with their business strategies.

Since May 2019, Kate has been working at BrainStorm Inc. Initially, they served as an Enterprise Client Success Manager until March 2021. In this role, they engaged with clients to drive technology change and adoption in organizations of various sizes. Kate also led a team of proactive Client Success Managers and Implementation Managers, focusing on client onboarding and consulting for platform optimization.

In March 2021, Kate was promoted to the role of Associate Director of Client Success at BrainStorm Inc. Kate continues to lead a team and collaborate cross-functionally to improve employee and customer experience while exceeding renewal targets.
