Ming Li has worked in the IT field since 2013. In 2013, they began working as an IT Intern for the Braintree Police Department, where they provided help-desk support onsite, phone, email, and ticket system for devices such as Windows 7, XP, Mac, Tough-book, printer, phone, and tablet. Ming also worked with software and network systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Office, DNS, Symantec Ghost server, network printers, Police/Cad Servers, Lenel Security Software, and Police Intranet. In 2015, they began working for the Braintree Electric Light Department as an IT Engineer and Jr. PC Technician.
Ming Li attended Bay State College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. Ming then attended Northeastern University from 2020 to 2024, where they earned a Master's degree in Informatics.
