Michael Rouillard

Michael Rouillard is a seasoned Senior Search Consultant at BrainWorks since January 2022, specializing in private equity, private credit, and corporate development. Prior experience includes a role as Associate in Financial Services at Smith & Wilkinson from December 2019 to January 2022, and various positions at Epic Search Partners from 2016 to December 2019, including Account Executive and Project Coordinator. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as a Cavalry Scout in the US Army from February 2012 to July 2015, where responsibilities included conducting surveillance and reconnaissance as a team leader. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership & Organizational Studies with a minor in Economics from the University of Southern Maine and has received multiple honors and awards for military service, including the Army Achievement Medal and the Global War on Terror Service Medal.
