Nikko Demas

Nikko Demas has a comprehensive work experience that spans several companies and roles. Nikko started their career in 2006 as a Business Development Manager at Wachovia, where they were responsible for identifying and recruiting potential Mortgage Brokerages. Nikko also supported Wholesale reps in the field and trained loan officers and other operational managers at the client level. In 2008, they joined SAP as a Sales Executive, and later moved on to Bramasol / SAP Gold Partner as an Inside Sales Manager. In this role, they managed a team of 4 account executives, developed processes to improve pipeline growth, and closely collaborated with the sales team and current opportunities to ensure successful quarterly deals. Currently, they are working as a Manager Compliance Solutions at The Red Flag Group since 2014.
