Luis Tenorio

Luis Tenorio has extensive work experience in various HR and leadership roles. Luis has worked at Brambles as a Regional Talent and Learning Lead for Latin America since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Honeywell in multiple roles such as LATAM HR Lead for Sales, Sr Human Resources Generalist, SpinOff Project HR Leader for the Americas, OD&L Leader for Central/South America, and Organizational Development & Learning Specialist. Luis also had internships at Vivint Smart Home and Johnson & Johnson, and worked as a Software Engineer and Analyst/Web Developer at Softtek. Overall, Luis has a strong background in HR, talent management, organizational development, and project management.

Luis Tenorio completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Behavior / Human Resources from Brigham Young University, which they attended from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with a focus on Intelligent Systems and Visual Computing from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Luis also holds several certifications. Luis became an OKR Master Certified Professional from CertiProf in April 2023, a KF 360 Coach Certification from Korn Ferry in March 2022, and achieved the SE 6 SCJP certification from Sun Microsystems in November 2008.
