Thomas Pankovas is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in digital customer solutions and internal communications. Currently serving as the Global Go-to-Market Lead for Digital Customer Solutions at Brambles, Thomas focuses on enhancing sustainability and efficiency in supply chains for major retailers and manufacturers. Previously, as the Digital Communications Lead at Brambles, responsibilities included driving business transformation through the implementation of IoT technology and data analytics. Thomas has also held key roles in internal communications and public relations at SD Worx and AQA, as well as employee communications leadership at TAL Australia, where Thomas supported significant organizational changes. Starting as a Senior Account Director at Moorgate Communications, Thomas has developed expertise in strategic communication and client relationship management, complemented by a degree in Journalism from the University of East London and a Change Management certification from The Learning Tree, Inc.
