Whitney Karleskint

Whitney Karleskint has extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the Americas region. Whitney started their career at MD Practice Consulting, Inc. as a Business Development Representative, where they built relationships with physicians to grow the client's referral base. Whitney then moved on to Crawford Thomas Recruiting as an Executive Recruiter, where they sourced candidates, conducted interviews, and maintained relationships with business professionals. Following that, they joined Brambles as a Corporate Recruiter, supporting the company's growth and sustainability efforts. Whitney later transitioned to the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Brambles, where they partnered with senior leaders and supported onboarding and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, Americas at Brambles.

Whitney Karleskint attended Tallahassee Community College from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Whitney obtained a certification as a Certified Internet Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP in March 2020.
