Vince Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Vince began their career as an Avionics Technician in the USMC from 1980 to 1984. Following this, they worked as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician for United Airlines from 1987 to 2005, gaining valuable skills in maintenance and repair. In 2005, they joined JetBlue Airways as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician for a year.

In 2006, Vince joined Biogen as a Sr. Supervisor, Facilities Maintenance, where they managed maintenance department personnel and provided technical support for manufacturing areas. Vince remained with Biogen until 2016.

In 2017, Vince Cruz joined Brammer Bio as the Maintenance Manager. In this role, they oversaw the maintenance and repair of the company's facilities and utilities. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Facilities Manager, responsible for supervising plant engineers and technicians. Vince focused on improving the site's preventative maintenance program and supported facility projects. As of May 2019, Vince is serving as the Facilities Site Lead, Alachua, VVS at Brammer Bio.

Vince Cruz, CFM has attended Chabot College, although the specific dates of enrollment and the degree or field of study pursued are unknown.
