Mehmet Ekin Uygur

Mehmet Ekin Uygur is a Senior Backend Engineer at Branch since May 2018, where responsibilities include developing the API gateway and an automated fraud detection system. As a Co-Founder of Ring Ankara since March 2023, Mehmet combines a passion for technology and electronic music through the Ring Music Studio & Living Room project. Previously, Mehmet worked as a Software Engineer at ProfitSword, LLC, from April 2015 to April 2018, focusing on data monitor services and web scraping utilities. Early career experience includes serving as IT Support at Uygur Architects from January 2009 to December 2014, where website development was a key responsibility. Mehmet holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Bunker Hill Community College.
