About the Insurance Product Analyst role

We're seeking an Insurance Product Analyst to join our Product Management team. As an Insurance Product Analyst, you'll report to an Insurance Product Lines Manager and learn insurance product, pricing, and underwriting development and maintenance for personal lines auto and homeowners insurance. The role will be primarily focused on supporting development of pricing, product, and underwriting for multiple states and lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn the world of personal lines insurance

  • Create, build, and maintain analyses that support the Product Management Team

  • Leverage the latest data tools to create ad-hoc reports and visuals

  • Help drive business results by tracking and analyzing key business metrics

  • Keep abreast of the best practices in product management

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Insurance or related field

  • You are able to pull and analyze data

  • You function well in ambiguity and can use critical thinking skills to apply what you've learned to new situations

  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills

  • You are organized and self-driven

  • You are eager to learn
