Arleen McDonald

Arleen McDonald currently serves as the Associate Director of Claims Process & Operations at Branch, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this, Arleen worked at Kemper as Claims Product Manager II from June 2020 to November 2022, focusing on Medicare. Arleen's experience also includes a role as Claims Service Leader at Allstate from July 2014 to March 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing the Auto Total Loss & Liability Determination Unit and leading the National Catastrophe Team for Auto claims. Arleen holds a degree from the University of Mississippi, obtained in May 1997.
