Carson Wilshire

Carson Wilshire, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics and business intelligence. Currently serving as the Director and Head of the Data Office at Branch since November 2021, Carson previously held several roles at Nationwide from May 2014 to November 2021, including Solution Leader for Accounts Payable and Sr. Analytics Manager. In these roles, Carson focused on automation, emerging technologies, and process improvement within the Controllership organization. Carson's early career included positions such as Specialist and Sr. Statistical Reporting Quality Analyst, as well as an Accounting/Finance intern. Carson's military background includes service as an Airborne Ranger with the 75th Ranger Regiment from June 2006 to March 2012. Carson earned an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2019, following a Bachelor of Business Administration in Investments and Securities in 2015.
