James Labanco

James LaBanco is a seasoned insurance professional currently serving as the Director of Contract at Branch Insurance since June 2021. Prior to this role, James was with Allstate Insurance from September 2003 to June 2021, where James held several positions, including Product Operations Manager, Regional Contract Consultant, and Claims Service Adjuster. In the role of Product Operations Manager, James led a team responsible for developing nationwide contract strategies and overseeing the design of new programs. As a Regional Contract Consultant, James managed complex compliance projects and collaborated with various departments to create customer-focused products. James began their career in the insurance industry as a Claims Service Adjuster, where responsibilities included investigating claims and negotiating settlements.
