Melissa Deaver is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in sales and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Agent II at Branch since July 2025, Melissa previously worked as an Insurance Agent at Homesite Insurance from June 2018 to March 2025 and at Progressive Insurance from October 2017 to June 2018. Melissa's career began at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. as a Telemarketer/CSR/Insurance Agent from November 2015 to October 2017, and also included a role at MTD Products as a Call Center Customer Service Representative and Sales. Melissa holds a Property and Casualty License from Hondros College and obtained a High School Diploma from Parma schools.
