Nicole Wright

Nicole Wright is an accomplished insurance operations professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and contract management. Currently serving as the Insurance Operations Associate Director at Branch since June 2021, Nicole monitors and implements federal, state, and local insurance regulations while collaborating with product development teams. Previously, at Allstate from November 2006 to May 2021, Nicole held various leadership roles including Associate Director of Contract and Senior Manager of Insurance Contract, where efforts were focused on personal lines auto and home contracts. Nicole also managed teams in contract project management and led significant strategic initiatives such as the migration of customer mailing packages and the implementation of eSignature capabilities. Nicole earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
