Corey Frickel

Corey Frickel is the Global Director of Professional Services at Branch, responsible for leading the Professional Services team since October 2017, after progressing through roles including Senior Manager and Manager. Previously, Corey worked at Operative (SintecMedia Company) from March 2013 to October 2017, serving in various capacities such as Engagement Manager and Senior Solutions Consultant, advising clients on internal processes and leading implementations for major organizations like Amazon and NBCUniversal. Corey’s career also includes positions at NaviNet as a Customer Service Representative, Commonwealth Financial Network as a Quality Assurance Engineer, and earlier roles at Cooper Crouse-Hinds and AIR Worldwide. Corey holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Business Marketing from Northeastern University.
