Saswata Das is a seasoned professional in the textile industry, currently serving as a Senior Executive in Buying & Sourcing at Brand Concepts Ltd since February 2024. Prior to this role, Saswata held positions at Samsonite as a Senior Sourcing Officer and Sourcing Officer from August 2022 to January 2024. Earlier experience includes working as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Teejay Lanka PLC from April 2021 to June 2022, gaining expertise in the dyeing of weft knitted fabrics for prominent brands such as Calvin Klein, Nike, and H&M. Saswata holds a B.Tech in Textile Engineering from Odisha University of Technology and Research, completed in May 2021.
