Armen Papazjan

Armen Papazjan has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the retail industry. Armen is currently serving as the Vice President of the Management Board and General Manager at Brand Distribution Group. Prior to this, they held the position of Executive VP and COO at Varus, Omega LTD from 2019 to 2021. Armen has also served as the CEO of Intermarché in 2018. Additionally, Armen has held multiple positions at Carrefour Polska, including Director of B2B Sales, Commercial Director in both the Food and Non-Food sectors, and Operational Director from 2009 to 2018. Armen has also worked as the Managing Director at O'KEY Group from 2006 to 2009. Armen began their career at Carrefour Polska in 1998 and held various roles, including Regional Director and Director of Hypermarkets. Armen has also worked at Big Star Ltd. as a Store Manager and Carly Gry Poland Ltd. as a Store Manager Assistant. Armen Papazjan pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning in 1994. From 1994 to 1997, they attended the Warsaw Sport Academy after Pilsudski and obtained a Master's degree in Sport Management. Following this, from 1999 to 2001, they enrolled at the L. Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management, where they achieved an MBA in Business Administration.
